Ingredients
- 400g raw pecans
- 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a thick-bottomed pan, roast pecans over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Add chopped rosemary and continue stirring for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour in maple syrup while stirring until the liquid evaporates and the sugar crystallizes.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle with salt, ensuring an even coating.
- Transfer the nuts to a plate and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, separate the individual nuts and store them in a sealed jar.
